SESSIONS
All our sessions are run by England Boxing qualified coaches who are fully DBS checked and First Aid trained.
Junior Sessions
For boys & girls ages 7 and above.
Adult T.A.B.C. Sessions
Run Monday & Wednesdays for Men & Women of all ages and fitness levels. Everyone is welcome whether you want to get fit or box for the club, there will be a suitable workout for you.
Adult Open Sessions
Run on Saturdays for Men & Women of all ages and fitness levels. Just 'Turn up & Train!' An extra session to compliment the TABC sessions.
All sparring is supervised by a Level 2 coach.
BOXWISE Sessions:
We run free 10 week programmes throughout the year for ages 12-18 year olds. Check out our Facebook and Instagram pages for new programme recruitment dates.
